What is your refund policy?
No refunds available on any Personalized or Customized Items.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or misspelled names in the “order notes” section of the check out page. We advise all customers to read the product description, and to make sure the name you want personalized is spelled correctly before ordering.
Returns are only accepted if receiving a defective product. Please be sure to order correctly. Thank you.
What items can be personalized?
Not every Item is available for personalization, you’ll know if its available for personalization if it says so in the product description.
Once you have selected a personalizable item, on the checkout screen, there’s a section called “order notes” type in the NAME or WORD you want us to put on the product, however you may want it spelled and we’ll get right to work.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ!
Please note that as of now, due to sizing we can only put one name or word on a product, so please do not ask for a first name AND last name. Please choose one or the other, thank you.
Also, note that if you do not give us a name to put on it, we will put the first name of the person that ordered the item onto the item
*Finally, by using our personalization service, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to use any word, name, number, etc you wish to have us put on a item.*
When will my order arrive?
Forgive us, but due to surprising popularity, product demand..Please allow 4-6 weeks for order processing. However, most orders are processed and delivered within 7-14 business days. Keep in mind that Most orders is made by the artist “exst” personally.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2-5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
We know everyone is anxious to receive their merchandise but please do not contact us unless your order has not been received in 5 weeks, then we’ll contact the Post Office to find out what’s up.
**Once again, please note that Most customized items are HAND DESIGNED and take longer to make, sorry about that!
